Swordfish and Halibut Steak Duxelles

Title: Swordfish and Halibut Steak Duxelles

Ingredients: 

    1/4 c  Butter; melted
      2 tb Parsley; chopped
    1/4 c  Green onion; chopped
      1 c  Mushrooms; fine chopped
      2 tb Lemon juice
      4    Fish steaks; 1 inch thick


  Turbot and Salmon are also suitable. Mix butter, parsley, green onion,
  mushrooms and lemon juice. Spread half of mixture in bottom of a baking
  dish. Arrange 4 fish steaks on top and add desired seasoning. Cover with
  remaining mixture. Cover and microwave at high 6-8 minutes. Let stand
  covered 2 minutes.
