Apple Nut Cake

Title: Apple Nut Cake

Ingredients: 

  1 1/2 c  Cooking oil
      2 c  Sugar
      3    Eggs
      2 ts Vanilla extract
      3 c  All-purpose flour
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Baking soda
      3 c  Apples; diced and peeled
      1 c  Pecans; chopped


  Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Beat in flour, salt and
  baking soda. Fold in apples and pecans. Place batter in 13 X 9 inch pan.
  Bake at 350  for 1 hour.
